To be considered for this role you must have prior experience in social media and community management, preferably having worked for a well-established F&B brand that offers both dine-in and delivery services.

This is an excellent opportunity working for a fast-growing brand, responsibilities will include daily management of all social media platforms, creating successful marketing campaigns, and engaging content/posts. You must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, as you will act as the face and voice of the brand, handling all community management responsibilities such as responding to customer queries and resolving complaints in a timely manner. To be successful in this role you must have a positive can-do attitude, excellent time management, and priority setting skills as well as a genuine passion for food. This role will report to the owner and you will receive additional support, however, you must be willing to take ownership to effectively plan the marketing strategy, stay up to date with the latest products and industry trends, and track performance to direct the marketing strategy.
Requirement
To be considered for this role you must hold a bachelor’s in Marketing or a related field, with a minimum of 2-3 year’s professional marketing experience ideally working in the F&B industry. Due to the translation of content required this role is only open to Arabic speakers. You must have prior experience in launching and tracking marketing campaigns with a focus on increasing customer engagement and brand loyalty.
